intermittent fasting, I suddenly
lost all the excess weight
I’d been
struggling with, reversed my type
2 diabetes,
reduced my fatty liver,
eliminated my Polycystic ovary
syndrome, and all my brain fog
completely lifted!
In 2012, Dr. Jason Fung and I
started our first fasting clinic to
share this new method with
others, and in 2018 our online
community, The Fasting Method,
was born.
So now I’m here to share
everything I’ve learned about
optimizing
my health with you.
And as I go through new stages in
my life,
from maturing as a
woman, to starting a family, I’m
